Q:Are pets allowed?

A: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

 

Q:What kind of facilities does OKYO CABIN have?
A: Our accommodations come equipped with fully-equipped kitchens, high-speed Wi-Fi, and complimentary amenities (toiletries) and linens.

 

Q:Is there a parking lot?
A: There is no parking lot on the premises, but there is a paid parking lot across the street. There are also several paid parking lots in the surrounding area.

 

Q: What is the check-in/check-out procedure?
A: Check-in is possible from 2pm and check-out is until 11am.

Self check-in procedures are available and flexible, and detailed instructions will be provided closer to your arrival date.

Furthermore, if you have any questions or concerns during your stay, our friendly staff will be happy to assist you by phone.

 

Q: Can I send my luggage in advance by courier?
A: There is a 7-Eleven and a Yamato Transport office nearby where you can send and receive packages.

 

Q:Is it barrier-free?
A: This property is a three-storey split-floor building built on a 33m2 site. There is a small two-seater elevator, but there are multiple steps and open staircases within the property, so it may not be suitable for those who have difficulty moving around.

If accessibility is important to you, please take note.

 

Q:Where can I smoke?
A: Smoking is prohibited within the facility, including on the balcony and at the entrance. Please note that if smoking is found, a cleaning fee of 300,000 yen per day will be charged.

The nearest smoking area is a 4-minute walk from the north exit of Mitaka Station (map). Thank you for your understanding.

 

Q:What is the nearest station?
A: The nearest station, Mitaka Station, is a 4-minute walk away and is served by the JR Chuo Line, JR Chuo/Sobu Line, and Tokyo Metro Tozai Line.
